Pearson will be responsible for the day-to-day operations at the fluid handling component manufacturing plant. He was previously business operations manager at Weetabix (Northamptonshire, UK) and site manager at Nampak Plastics Europe (Buckinghamshire, UK).
Diba, part of the multinational Halma technology group, provides custom engineered fluid handling components and design services. The company is headquartered in Danbury, Connecticut, US with global locations in the UK, China, and Japan.
